WHAT YOU MUST DO BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Health Declaration
You will be required to complete health information on embarking. The Health Declaration is  part of our Covid Management Plan & is a cruising requirement.

Passenger Health, Responsibility & Boarding Requirements
All guests will be required to take a self-administered Rapid Antigen Test (RAT). Kimberley Expeditions asks that all guest/s make themselves available between 4 & 6pm the afternoon before departure so that we can visit you to undertake a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and receive a negative result to board. Kimberley Expeditions will provide test kits and a member of our team will assist guests with this process.

Additionally, we ask that you observe social distancing and masking in the days leading up to embarkation.  There will be no further testing once you embark, unless you show symptoms, leaving you to enjoy your voyage with peace of mind.

All guest/s will have their temperature taken at time of boarding. If any guest/s displays symptoms/signs of illness at time of boarding guest/s will be refused boarding.

If any guest/s displays symptoms/signs of illness whilst cruise is in progress, the Skipper will determine course of action on presentation of circumstance. In the event that the skipper determines guest/s need to be Medivac from the vessel this will be at the guest/s expense.

We strongly advise that all passengers purchase cruise cancellation and interruption insurance as protection against any circumstance which may force you to cancel or leave an expedition whilst it is in progress.

Our Covid-positive protocols are determined by the directives of the relevant state health authorities.  Please note that these requirements are changing nation-wide as the pattern of Covid infections evolve and the response to Covid liberalises.  Government policies in place at the time of your travel will apply.

As of April 2022, any guest who shows symptoms of COVID onboard is required to inform our crew who will administer a RAT promptly. If you test positive, you have to undertake a period of isolation in your cabin to protect your fellow travellers, or ashore in a hotel or your residence on disembarkation.

Guests in isolation onboard will be served our normal meals and beverages in-room and will be attended to by our crew . Kimberley Expeditions does not cover any liability for loss of experience or other impacts associated with any isolation or quarantine arising from the voyage.  We will not be able to offer any refunds on the portion of the cruise that is affected by Covid infection.
